Things I'm Obsessed With Right Now

Everyone, everywhere is obsessed with at least one thing in life. As a writer, I'm obsessed with A LOT of things, so I figured I'd mention my top ten obsessions. Obsession # 1: Friends The TV show, not the people (although friends are the number one thing on my most treasured list...hmmm maybe that will be my third blog post). I started watching the show a few months ago and loved it. I've recently started watching it again, every night from 11 to 1 (thank you nick at night) and struggle to stifle any insane laughter spells. My two favorite episodes are The One Where Everybody Finds Out and The One After Joey and Rachel Kiss. I laughed for like five minutes straight when watching those episodes. Obsession # 2: Old Things Give me a 100-year-old house and I'll walk around like a zombie. Technology: Useful or Just Plain Dangerous?

So, we've all been there: our email isn't sending the way it should be, or our new smartphone keeps beeping and we can't figure out why, and everything seems like it's going to fall apart if the technology doesn't get fixed in the next two minutes. Well, I'd have to say today has been one of those days. As a self-published author, the only publicity I'm getting is whatever I do to make publicity happen. That means google+ profiles, twitter, facebook, websites, and so many more I honestly don't want to even mention. And while all of these are pretty effortless once you get started, there's the initial starting point that makes you want to pull your hair out. I spent 15 minutes on google+ trying to find people who I had in my circle on another google+ account and finally gave up.
